Report a security vulnerability

This page is our point of contact for security vulnerabilities in Lipowsky products and services. Please report a suspected vulnerability privately using the form. You may report anonymously and in English or German; an email address is only needed if you would like us to reply.

What to include

Describe the issue. If known, include the affected product and version, steps to reproduce it, and its possible impact. One supporting file is optional. Please do not include passwords, customer data, or other unnecessary personal data. Do not disrupt services or access other people's data while investigating.

How we handle reports

We review incoming reports, investigate and work on a remedy, and coordinate disclosure of confirmed vulnerabilities. If you provide an email address, we can contact you with questions and updates. Please allow us time to investigate before publishing technical details. Do not treat this form as an emergency response channel.
